My name is Emmylou Gardes and I am a Year 12 student in the Australian International Section at Lapérouse High School in Nouméa, New Caledonia.

I am developing this website part of my final exams, which I will complete by October 2025.

My project explores the field of criminal profiling in the Australian context, examining its development, its practical applications in criminal investigations and the ethical challenges it faces today. The aim is to provide insight into how profiling contributes to solving complex cases and to analyse the impact of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence on the discipline.
